Session engagement reports (polling and Q&A data) can be collected in bulk for some or all sessions instead of downloading the data individually per session.

Two options are currently available to download these reports in bulk.

Option 1: Select and download from the Manage Sessions page

1. Go your app's administrative settings page.

2. Click on Manage Sessions.

3. Select all sessions, or select specific sessions, using the checkboxes next to each session name.

4. Click Download in the selected session action bar.

5. In the modal popup, click Download Session Engagement Reports.

6. Wait while the reports are gathered.

7. When all selected reports are gathered, a ZIP containing the files will automatically be downloaded to your computer.

8. We recommend opening the ZIP and confirming that the session engagement reports are present as expected.

Option 2: Use special-use "Bulk Export" page (deprecated)

Note: Though currently available, Option 2 will be removed in the future.

1. Go your app's administrative settings page.

2. Scroll down to Bulk Export and click Polls and Social Q&A (ZIP of All Sessions).

3. Click Start Export to begin the export process.

4. Wait while the data is collected and processed. 

Do not close the browser window during the export process. Doing so will interrupt the process and require starting over.

5. Once complete, click the All Done! Download Sessions ZIP button.

6. Navigate to the Downloads folder and open the file to unzip it.

7. Open the unzipped folder to view the reports.
