When you use Attendance Tracking at your event, it can be helpful to provide in-app instructional screens for your attendees to guide them on how to earn their Continuing Education (CE) credits. We also strongly encourage the use of PowerPoint instructional slides for event organizers to instruct the audience. See our sample PowerPoint templates here.


For in-app instructions, we have several sample pages that you can easily copy/paste. Let's look at a sample end result below. In the screenshot, we've added a menu choice called "Claim Your CE Credits" which shows the steps for the attendee to take to check in to a session.





HOW TO CREATE AN INSTRUCTIONAL PAGE


  • Start by visiting the Admin area of your app, and choose Page Management.
  • Click on Create a New Page and enter a name/label for the page. This name will appear as the menu choice so consider a label that is clear for attendees, like How to Claim Your CE Credits.
  • For the Type, choose the default of "HTML Content" and click on Create Page.



  • When the page editor appears, click the first button on the toolbar "</>" which will switch the editor into HTML source code mode. You'll usually see a few HTML codes in the window, which I recommend deleting. (Delete the <p><br></p>)



  • Refer to the samples below and copy/paste the HTML of the desired instructional page.  
  • Click on Save Page when done.
