Administrators can assign up to 5 Learning Objectives for each session. This can be done via the manage / edit session page or the bulk import spreadsheet.
When creating Session Evaluation questions you can mark the question as "Multi-Objective" and attendees will then answer the question separately for each Learning Objective assigned to that session.
For example, you may want to create a question titled "Were the Learning Objectives achieved in the session?". If you have configured the evaluation question to be Multi-Objective, the question will be shown separately for each Learning Objective assigned to the session.
To configure an evaluation question to be repeated for each Learning Objective, check the "Multi-Objective" option when creating or editing an evaluation question.
After saving, you will see confirmation of the configuration change in the list of evaluation questions.
Note: If there are no learning objectives assigned to a session, the question will be shown just once.
Here is what attendees will see when they are responding to the session's evaluation questions.
Tip: Try enabling the "not applicable" option for multiple choice or rating-type evaluation questions. This allows attendees to skip learning objectives they may have missed if they walked in late or had to leave early.
