Overview
Let audience members know sessions will be interactive and remind them how to participate with one of our animated GIFs.
Add a GIF to a slide in PowerPoint or Keynote and display the slide at the start of a session or as part of the slideshow displayed in between sessions.
Step-by-step
(PowerPoint)
- Download the ZIP file and save it to your computer
- Locate and unZIP the file
- In PowerPoint, click Insert > Pictures > Picture from File
- Select the GIF you’d like to add to the slide > click Open
The GIF can be resized or repositioned anywhere on the slide.
*Note: Click Presentation or Slide Show mode to view the animation in PowerPoint.
(Keynote)
- Download the ZIP file and save it to your computer
- Locate and unZIP the file
- Drag and drop a GIF from your computer to the Keynote slide
The GIF can be resized or repositioned anywhere on the slide.
In Keynote, by default the GIF animation will start when your click PLAY. You can have the animation start automatically by adjusting the settings in Keynote.
(Google Slides)
- Download the ZIP file and save it to your computer
- Locate and unZIP the file
- In your Google Slides presentation, click the Insert > Image > Upload from computer
- Select the GIF you’d like to add to the slide > click Open
