Considerations for Combined Attendance & Multi-Session Certificates
When using Combined Attendance & Multi-Session certificates, the Program TItle, Delivery Format, and Program Location fields are not managed the same way as with single-session certificates.
Set the Program Title
- Navigate to Certificate Configurations & Settings from the admin panel
- Set a program name, then click Save
Delivery Format and Program Location
The delivery format and program location fields are not dynamically populated in combined attendance & multi-session certificates, as these values are session-level and can change over the course of an event. When using combined attendance & multi-session certificates, Conferences i/o recommends duplicating the desired template, then replacing these fields with static text fields.
- To duplicate an existing template, click Duplicate on the template to copy in the Certificate Builder menu
- Provide the duplicate an appropriate name
- Click Customize Look & Feel on the new template, then replace the Delivery Format and Program Location fields with static fields indicating the appropriate values
