Conferences i/o's integration with AM.Net is achieved via an API attached to each AM.Net database application.

In April 2025, the Conferences i/o engineering team discovered a new limitation with conference events in the data pulled from AM.Net — session registration lists for each attendee were no longer available.

This limitation prevents the following features from working:

• Pre-load conference event attendees for each session.
• Push conference event attendance data back to AM.Net.

The engineering team was subsequently able to confirm that this limitation was the result of a bug in the AM.Net API. As of May 23, 2025, the API bug appears to be fixed, but the Conferences i/o engineering team is still working to verify and make these features available again.

Please note that no other features of Conferences i/o's integration with AM.Net API are impacted at this time. Seminars and in-house event data synchronization should function normally, as attendance for these types of events is noted only in AM.Net's event registration records.
