After a session, audience participation in Q&A, polling, team battles, and trivia battles can be downloaded and saved as a spreadsheet by moderators and admins.

Export Polls and Social Q&A Data

  1. Sign into the session as a Moderator

  2. Click Session Settings
  3. Click Polls and Social Q&A Data (XLSX)


Data export format


The session report will be exported as a spreadsheet that includes Social Q&A data and the results of multiple choice, open ended, and numerical average poll questions. It is broken up into four sheets, Responses by Poll, Poll Chart, Responses by Attendee, and Audience Q&A.


Responses by Poll shows aggregate polling data.

 

Poll Chart contains the poll data in bar charts.

Responses by Attendee contains the individual poll responses for each attendee.

Audience Q&A lists all of the questions asked, who asked them, the number of upvotes, and some moderator actions taken.

Export Evaluations, Polls, and Social Q&A Data


  1. Sign into the session as a Moderator

  2. Click Session Settings
  3. Click Evaluations + Polling + Social Q&A Combo Report (XLSX)

Data export format

This report will add in the attendee's evaluation data in addition to their polling and Q&A data. This data is sorted into two sheets, Evaluations and Polls and Audience Q&A. The Evaluations and Polls sheet displays each attendee's activity, evaluation responses, and poll answers.


The Audience Q&A sheet lists each question asked, the attendee that asked it, number of upvotes, and some moderator actions taken.
