Attendees have the ability to Search for a Session on the homepage of your Conferences i/o URL. They will simply type the name of a Session in a search box at the top of the homepage, the sessions will filter to the appropriate matching name, and from there the attendee can select their session.


The Search For a Session tool can also be used to search for Session Access Codes. Learn more about Session Access Codes.



Note: By default, the Search For a Session tool is disabled. We recommend using it for events that have a large number of sessions, where locating a specific session at a specific time may be difficult.


Step-by-Step

  1. Sign-in to the Admin panel

  2. Under Advanced Tools, click Advanced Settings

  3. Click Enable session search/filtering on home screen
  4. Click Save Settings at the bottom of the page
