Setting up for a new event only requires two steps, listed in order below: 


  1. Download the Data: 


  1. Hide or Archive Sessions: 
    • Archiving SessionWe recommend archiving your past sessions. Archived sessions can be restored at any time. Their sole purpose is to keep your URL home page and manage sessions page, as well as your data, clean. 
    • Hiding Sessions: This should be used if you need to start setting up a new event, but are still working on a few things from the last event.  Once you're finished, you should archive until the session is needed again.
